give it a try. you stare at the light and feel your heart beat pulse through your eyes. You can also stare at the light and notice all the little micromovements of your eye or you can try seeing with your heart chakra and almost embrace the light with your heart field. You can also stare at a star and imagine your sucking in all the light with your eyes. These all seem to cause almost a crystalized layer of things to start to appear.
