Devenir expert
L’expertise arrive quand tu deviens un expert dans un domaine.
On dit qu’il faut 3 à 5 ans de pratique pour devenir un expert, et 10 ans pour être un maître.
Un expert a beaucoup plus de règles, de connaissances et de compétences qu’un débutant. Voir Skill Rule Knowledge Model

Avoir l’air d’un expert
Il faut comprendre qu’à part dans certains domaines où l’expertise est facile à mesurer (pense aux compétitions), il n’est pas facile pour le commun des mortels de différencier le véritable expert de la personne qui se fait passer pour telle.
La plus grave erreur serait d’être un expert inconnu, car alors ton expertise n’est pas reconnu.
Si tu es expert, fais-toi reconnaître. Sois crédible
