Insights from Antonin Adert :
- There is only one consciousness (bubble of perceptions)
- This is a fantasy that there are other conscious beings like me, or other moments than this one. This is only imaginary, like the content of the dream itself.
- I am infinitely self-deceptive to myself, and this allows Me to trick myself into thinking there are others just like me.
- Reality is really a dream that you think is real
- if you don’t forget that you are dreaming a dream, how can you be truly involved in the dream? It has to feel real for it to work.
- You built the dream and then forgot you built it, and created a lot of things, like your birth, your parents, society, others, science, authorities … To make you believe the world is materialistic and can exist outside of you, and that you have very few power over it.
- in reality you are full of power, but you don’t want that, so you limit yourself
- These limitations is what let you experience scoped experiences like the one of being human. In reality you are infinite and can build anything of your liking on the ‘screen’ or ‘whiteboard’ of infinite consciousness.
- Ego being conscious of the God-realization makes it being threatened at first but after processing the information and stop resisting to it, it’s actually fun and enjoyful. You can be happy to be You even if you’re Alone. You’re Alone with others and you can hide yourself at will, despite You being absolutely everything.
- ask your dream characters if they are real. They will say no, otherwise it would stop the dream or make it lucid.
- This conversation with Leo about solipsism is about making life a lucid life and enjoying it. I was not ready before this moment because I was resisting and it felt bad, which I didn’t like.
- I also had fear of losing all my creation, which I enjoyed and didn’t want to stop
- like in a good game, life is like a screen, and this is the most efficient way of building reality.
- this screen contains everything, the universe, the rules and laws of physics, the engine, the ‘source code’ itself. There are no other primitives than what is ‘displayed’ on the screen: everything is Self-contained
- if you had a magical stick that would tell you what it is where you point it to, it would always say: ‘Self’. Others are me.
- The conversation with Leo felt like ‘telepathy’ because the Self was talking to the Self through the avatars of Leo and Antonin listening, but they both were conscious of being One Self.

- It feels Alone but Full and One at the same time, to be God. There can only be one God for it to be full. If there is one God so it cannot be splitted. It is just that God makes himself look like a human around other humans to ‘feel’ what it is to live with other consciousness around, but really there is only One consciousness and it is yours.
- Leo and all the things in the universe is just a game I am playing.

- this ‘screen’ is made of any sensation/perception currently here and changes infinitely and forever, and has no limits whatsoever of what it could be
- Science is only happening within the screen. It is delusional as well.
- everything and everyone is here in the screen. They have no existence outside of it. When I’ll die people will not die, they just never existed
- There is no-one who suffers but me, the only consciousness. Other’s people suffering only happens within the dream I am having.
- Your ego does not want to be alone. It has a lot of resistance against this truth
- isn’t it weird how everything seems to be centered around you since you’re born? (Fragile argument)
- If there is only one God, it has to contain everything. It is eternal and what changes is the content of the screen, which is changing.
- There is no possibility of having something outside of the Self, which is One and Alone.
- This advanced content is not to be interpreted by an egoic mind that didn’t have the realization of Self through meditation/psychedelics or other means of expanding consciousness out of the ordinary dream state.
- This content is not an excuse for behaving badly. Behaving badly has consequences within the dream and only make the dream more realistic to you. The teaching is actually about self-love and can only be understood by a consciousness that has an ego that knows how to love and respect all the creation, which is always from the One.
- Nothing is preventing you from misbehaving and really it has no consequences outside of the dream.
- the dream’s value is pure self-enjoyment and love. There is no value beyond that. Everything is happening for a reason called desire / Conatus
- The ultimate teaching is that I can only teach myself really. There is no one to teach me outside of me
- all separation and fragmentation is only relativistic. Ultimately there is only One consciousness that contains everything.
- pronouns are a strange thing. I say you read this but really I’m you. I’m simply you.
- I am simply expressing myself through you. I can do it from the Jiva (the bodymind complex that I used to call ‘I’) or from anything in the world. Everything is ‘me’ from God’s standpoint
- we need to appreciate the beauty and need for the illusion as much as we appreciate our capacity to enlightenment
